Mobile Truck Repair Concord started in 2003 with one service truck, a toolbox bolted to the frame, and a phone number that a handful of Concord dispatchers passed around. Two decades later the phone number is the same and the toolbox has grown into three fully stocked service units — but the idea hasn't changed. A truck that can't move is a truck that isn't earning, and towing it somewhere is usually the slowest, most expensive way to solve the problem.
So we don't ask you to bring it in. We load the parts, the diagnostic laptop, the air tools and the compressor, and we drive to the yard, the dock, the shoulder, or the customer's lot. Most jobs — a no-start, a blown airline, a shredded steer tire, a plugged DPF — are finished on site in a single visit. If a repair genuinely needs a shop bay, we'll tell you straight and help you get it there without guessing.

Cranking but not catching, dead in the key, or a dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We pull fault codes with a laptop, test batteries and the charging system under load, and trace parasitic draws that kill a truck overnight. Common culprits: failed starter relays, corroded grounds, chafed harness runs behind the cab.

Leaking airlines, stuck relay valves, a compressor that won't build past 60 psi, or an air dryer spitting oil. We carry DOT-rated fittings, copper line and replacement valves on the truck, so most air leaks are found with a spray bottle and fixed in the same visit.

Steer, drive and trailer tires changed on the shoulder or in the yard, including 22.5 and 24.5 rims, duals, and inner duals. We torque to spec, check the other three while we're down there, and flag the alignment or suspension issue that chewed the tire in the first place.

Derate codes, regen failures, DEF quality faults, clogged dosing injectors and cracked DPF cans. We can force a parked regen on site and clear the derate so you can finish the run, then quote the real fix — cleaning, replacement, or a sensor that was lying.

Overheating on the 400 in July is its own kind of emergency. Radiator and hose replacement, water pump and thermostat jobs, belt and tensioner swaps, and pressure testing to find the pinhole you can't see. Coolant topped with the right chemistry, not whatever's in the jug.

Lights that won't light, ABS lamps on the trailer, a landing gear leg that won't crank, bent mudflap brackets, doors that won't latch, and 7-way pigtail faults. Trailer electrical gremlins are usually a ground — we chase them properly instead of splicing in another light.

Ran it dry, gelled in February, or a lift pump that quit. We bring diesel to you, prime the system, bleed the injectors, and check for the air leak that caused the stall. Emergency fuel delivery across Vaughan, Concord and North York.
